We have a variety of room types and sizes, all with their own tea and coffee making facilities, TV and DVD player, and comfortable beds. Suitable for couples, singles and small groups, contact us to see if we can meet your requirements.

Double Room with a view of Ben Ledi

With stunning views over woodland countryside and the ever changing Ben Ledi this room offers guests a very comfy Super King Size bed (6 foot wide) it is not en-suite but has its own private bathroom with both bath and shower. There is a seating area which can be converted into a small bed and room for a cot.

Double Room with Woodland views

This room can be used on its own or with the interconnecting twin, stunning views over local woodland. It is not en-suite but has its own private bathroom with shower room and separate toilet. It has a very comfy king size bed and seating area. There is also room for a cot.

Twin Room

This room is interconnecting with our Woodland View room and is very useful for families or those travelling with a third person. If you are a couple travelling with a bad sleeper and need a bit more space this answers all those needs.

NOTE: this room can only be booked alongside the interconnecting Woodland View

Double Room with Garden Access and en-suite

Fully en-suite with both bath and separate shower cubicle. It has a very comfy king size bed and seating area, and the added advantage of direct access to the garden and parking area. For our less mobile guests it is possible to park right outside the door. We permit a pet in this room strictly by prior arrangement and an additional charge of £10 for this facility as the room has to be steamed afterwards in case of allergies etc.

Twin or Double with en-suite shower room

This room is fully en-suite with shower room it has the advantage of zip link beds so can be used as either a twin room or joined together into a large super king (please state your preference when booking).
